Job Summary

1. lead, guide, advice, train, coach, and mentor others at SGRE on how to apply Lean-Agile methods, DevOps, and Systems Thinking to improve the way we design, build, test, and deploy products, systems & solutions to the market.
2. Possess relevant Skills and experience in facilitating Agile/Projects teams across various ceremonies, cadence and milestones.
3. Ability to demonstrate interpersonal and team building skills working with technical and non-technical individuals
4. Provide leadership & guidance, advice, coaching, facilitation, training, practical support and expertise required to implement SAFe and achieve the business benefits of a Lean-Agile way of working in our organization
5. Communicate and promote the organization s vision to adopt Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) while modeling to others the principles and practices of SAFe.
5. Work with stakeholders to understand the flow of value, facilitate the identification of Operational Value Streams, Development Value Streams and ARTs to find those that are the most opportunistic for launch and sustain.
6. create a plan for the rollout as needed, communicate upcoming changes, and establish metrics.
7. Coach leadership and help facilitate the creation of new Agile Teams. Also train or source training of executives, leaders, Agile teams, and specialty roles such as Product Owner, Product Manager, Scrum Master, and Release Train Engineer (RTE) to assess and evolve launch and backlog readiness.
8. Coach leaders and stakeholders to build and maintain the Vision, Roadmap, and Program Backlogs enabling the shift from project-to-product with a focus on Customer Centricity and Design Thinking as part of Agile Product Delivery.
