Job Summary
Qualification : A Bachelor's degree in engineering required, preferably Electrical / Electronics Engineering.
In this role, you'll be the go-to person for ensuring the smooth and successful execution of railway signaling projects. You'll leverage your 7+ years of experience to manage project sites efficiently, tackle technical challenges, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Here's what you'll be responsible for:
- Leading and managing project sites for axle counter and electronic interlocking systems.
- Possessing in-depth technical knowledge of these systems, including indoor and outdoor design.
- Tackling technical issues and performing fault analysis.
- Building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and representing them effectively.
- Overseeing material procurement, inspection, and quality control.
- Maintaining project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Collaborating with the project manager, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Implementing quality control measures for budgets, schedules, plans, and personnel performance.
- Reviewing engineering tasks and initiating corrective actions when necessary.
- Developing project equipment specifications and establishing field testing methods.
- Ensuring project compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
To thrive in this role, you'll need the following:
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical/Electronics)
- 10+ years of experience in site management or project engineering
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent project management, site supervision, and leadership skills
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
- Solid technical knowledge of relevant railway signaling systems
- Understanding of applicable codes, policies, and best practices
