About the Role: Senior Project Manager

What You ll Do:

• Oversee and drive the successful execution of signaling projects, ensuring they meet contractual obligations and exceed customer expectations.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage projects in line with the Siemens Project Management Manual, prioritizing proactive risk and opportunity management.
• Align project performance goals with business objectives to ensure customer and platform satisfaction.
• Maintain top-tier project quality through rigorous execution and review processes.
• Identify and address critical project aspects, ensuring timely resolutions and follow-ups.
• Foster alignment and collaboration among key stakeholders to achieve shared project goals.
• Ensure full compliance with Siemens Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) policies and customer requirements across all project facets, including suppliers and contractors.
• Provide senior management with detailed reports on project progress and KPIs during scheduled reviews.

What We re Looking For:

• Experience:

  • At least 10 years in civil or telecom fields, including customer engagement and development work.
  • 8 10 years of experience in project or engineering management, specifically in railway signaling systems.

• Technical Expertise:

  • Solid understanding of railway products, systems, and project management processes.
  • Bachelor s degree in engineering (preferably Civil/Telecom) or related technical disciplines.

• Skills & Competencies:

  • Leadership and interpersonal abilities to guide teams and align stakeholders toward project goals.
  • Proficient in managing uncertainty, clear reporting, and decision-making.
  • Strong knowledge of signaling systems, team collaboration, and project execution.
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
