Job Description: Lead Generation and Client development
Duties:
- Formulate the Social Media Strategy for the company.
- Develop a database of qualified leads online and through referrals, telephone canvassing, and cold calling.
- Preparebusinesspresentations, proposals and showcase company capabilities to prospective clients.
- Negotiate and finalize commercials for mandates from target clients and complete the documentation for the same.
- Build connectivity at HR Director / MD / President / CEOs level
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth service delivery to newly acquired clients.
- Collate data on industry, organization, competitors, and candidates and maintain a database on the same. :
