Job Summary


We are looking for a person who can shape our sales organization and scale revenue to the next level. The ideal candidate will be responsible for architecting a sales strategy. The person should be excited for selling into new markets, strategizing next steps, negotiating complex deals and beating the competition in head to head opportunities.

  • Relevant experience in sales and marketing of agriculture/farming equipment & Pipes/Films or in similar field such as Seeds/Fertilizers/Pesticides industries.
  • Skills of rural marketing / Knowledge of Farming Practices
  • BSC/MSC Agriculture /Horticulture will be preferred
  • Possess extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices, and an ability tocoach others on them.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to backup assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.
  • Strength in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven workenvironment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Strong leadership and team building skills
  • Computer knowledge Excel /MS office /Power point
  • Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the companyssales goals.
  • Assists in the development of the sales plan. Prepares forecasts and KPI reportingfor the sales leaders, and upper management for use in organizational planning,financial forecasting, budget setting and strategic planning.
  • Evangelize the product and personally help close largest deals.
  • Work collaboratively across teams
  • Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development.
  • Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers bothexternally and internally
  • Developing strategy for business to make division as profit centre.
  • Products to handle- Poly/Greenhouse film/Pond liner/mulch film. Drip pipe, Pressurepipe & sprinklers pipe ,
  • Develop Distributors /Dealers network in various towns.
  • Survey different market areas for demand /forecast for various product range.
  • Promote company products through Panchayats /village melas etc.
  • Handling government tenders
  • Self-driven and result oriented
  • Strong team player and having business acumen
  • Excellent communication in Hindi/English

Qualification :
BSC/MSC Agriculture /Horticulture will be preferred
