Present findings and recommendations in an effective manner Quick Learner Responsibilities: Work with Product Managers to understand customer implementation requirements Document the requirements Create Illustrations, Mockups and workflows Create product requirements and tickets for Development Groom Development, QA and Support teams for requirements Triage customer support requests for product enhancements and fixes Support Pre-sales with demos, presentations and solution design Market Research
