A global and fast expanding business, we are looking for an experiencedSenior process safety specialist, Chemical Engineer with 15+ years Consultancy experience for the role of technical lead.

Job Skills & Requirements

• Undertake Process Safety Consultancy work.
• Manage the Consultancy Team
• Develop the business strategy with Senior Management
• Deliver the Manage Business targets for all product streams.
• Manage and develop a supporting Associates Team
• Provide technical support for the Testing Laboratories
• Support technically preparing publicity material / PR / articles and related activities.
• Provide direction and oversight for New Product Development (NPD)

Skills:

• Extensive experience of Process Safety Consultancy Management
• Core Technical Knowledge:
  • HAZOP (Chair role)/SIL/LOPA/ QRA / PHA/ Dispersion Modelling (SAFETI / PHAST), Incident Investigation, Chemical Process Hazard Assessment
  • Process Safety Management and detailed understanding of the elements that make up PSM.
  • ATEX Assessment, HAZID Assessment, Electrostatic Hazards Assessment, Fire Risk Assessment, Process Safety Training
