Job Summary

As part of our team, your main responsibilities will be: Manage all phases of each assigned project, including cross-functional staffing in a matrix environment, proactive risk analysis and mitigation, project plans and client deliverables. Manage multiple projects concurrently, maintaining project schedule and quality deliverables in a dynamic environment. Coordinate with other Global Project Management personnel as well as Data Management, Production Support and Technical Delivery resources to ensure the timely and quality preparation of project deliverables based on assigned scope of work. Work closely with Sr. Director, Director, Associate Director, Project Delivery and Team Managers to ensure cohesive and consistent delivery. Oversee development and approval of study related materials. Ensure all project deliverables are of high quality and exceed client s expectations in compliance with Quality Management governance procedures. Oversee day-to-day operational management of assigned Delivery Team in accordance with agreed KPIs, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Coordinate with project sponsors to ensure all project expectations are met. Maximize opportunities at existing clients for Signant Health Conduct internal and external postmortem reviews and reports. Provide weekly team status reports to Associate Director decommissioning, highlighting risk to delivery. Acts as initial point of escalation for delivery for resolution of issues and conflicts regarding operational activities of the project team. Decision Making & Influence Manage relationships for assigned projects including routine written, telephone and face-to-face communication. Provide account updates to Signant Health account management teams. Assist with the development of new clients as necessary. Enhance the Signant Health business model by institutionalizing business processes, implementing best practices and templates, and seeking ways to work more efficiently. Contribute to the development of the IRT product. You ll need to bring: Four years of professional business experience Two to three years of project management experience College degree (B.S., B.A.)/University Degree for EU candidates or equivalent years of experience Demonstrated analytical, organizational, creative problem solving and structured communication skills. Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and deliverables in a fast-paced work environment. Strong client relationship skills and an ability to convey complex information in an understandable manner. Fluency in English (will be required to write, speak and understand English to conduct day-to day business) Ability to manage your own time and proactively identify prioritized tasks. Strong attention to detail Demonstrated proficiency with technology especially Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access) Ability to travel for business.
