Job Summary
  • Ownership of Procurement/ Sales conversions/ Customer relationship management/ Revenue generation.
  • Tie up with verified dealers/manufacturers and sign business agreements with them.
  • Maintains relationships with hospital ppl and pushes our web app for customers to order
  • Acquires at least 2 customers per week and 50 leads a week
  • Head of eCommerce orders processing and delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Previous purchase management experience in hospitals
  • Have established deep existing relationships with doctors and GMs of large and small hospitals.
  • Establish successful relationships with dealers and distributors of OEMs of medical equipment in the country.
  • Ability to use the above relationships to onboard for business purposes by executing solid business agreements.
  • Able to strike very low price agreements with the vendors and build relationships.
  • Able to be on the field and doing selling even in their sleep.
  • Able to onboard clinics/doctor-owned hospitals to use our eCommerce platform to manage their supplies.
  • It is heading eCommerce orders, fulfillment, delivery and management, and smooth operations.
  • Business-minded, process-oriented, principled. Needs to develop revenue-generating strategies for the business.
  • Believes in the long-term vision and growth of the company.
  • High integrity and honesty are non-negotiable.

  • Must be confident, energetic, passionate, and excellent with speaking and presentation skills
