Roles and Responsibilities

We have a custom developed HR tech platform which handles millions of transactions per day. There are a lot of data points/ attributes which are generated in this process which need to be analyzed at regular intervals through reports , data fetch or data validation activities. This production system is directly linked with revenue and requires timely decision making based on data.

We are looking for a data analyst who comes with strong analytical skills and common sense to contribute productively in this goal of business & revenue growth.

Must Have

• Prior working experience in data or business analyst role

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy

• Good documentation skills

• Working knowledge of database and how to run complex queries

• Working experience with Tableau or Google Data Studio or any similar service/tool

• Good English communication skills

Desirable

• Good Team player

• Zeal to learn and perform

• Problem solving attitude

Experience

1-5 yrs

Education

Technical background of BTech/MCA is preferred

Functional Responsibilities

• Interpreting data, analyzing results as per business rules

• Acquiring data from primary or secondary data sources for analysis and making business decisions/recommendations

• Constant review of reports, capture deviations and analysis of reasoning for the same

• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
