Roles and Responsibilities

Position Description

The Sr. Digital Advertising Strategist is responsible for driving channel growth by developing and executing SEO/PPC initiatives across all disciplines (technical, content, and offsite). The Digital Advertising Strategist should be comfortable with designing large-scale, holistic search strategies and getting their hands dirty with even the most minor tactical changes.



The candidate should have a minimum of 4+ years experience.


Your role will include:

  • Responsible for all SEO/PPC activities

  • Taking the lead role on performing SEO Roadmaps for clients (a detailed SEO audit and strategy)

  • Contextual Link building strategy

  • Perform in-depth log file analysis

  • Convert more organic search traffic

  • Prepare your own performance monitoring reports and KPIs

  • Advanced working knowledge of the following tools:

-GSC and GA

-Ahrefs, SEMrush, ScreamingFrog, etc

-Google Trends

-Basic SERP


  • Work with Content Strategy to identify keyword content opportunities for clients

  • Analyze competition to identify potential opportunities

  • Engage in creative white hat link building and outreach

  • Responsible for the strategy, prioritization, planning, and execution for client PPC strategies in Google and Microsoft Ads

  • Build highly effective Search, Display and Remarketing campaigns for our clients

  • Present deliverables and results to the team

  • Assist Content Creation team in implementing SEO processes

We re seeking:

  • 4-7 years of experience in an SEO/PPC role

  • Experience writing successful SEO content

  • Up-to-date knowledge of the industry

  • Excellent written English

  • An extensive background in SEO research, analysis, and testing

  • Someone who can quickly figure out what needs to be done and get to work

  • Know how SEO/PPC supports and drives content strategy

  • Knowledge of how a modern digital marketing department operates

  • A highly organized person with the ability to handle deadlines

  • Collaborative and accountable individual who is capable of multitasking and working effectively

  • An ability to adapt quickly to constant changes in business needs, customer requests, and team requirements

  • Have a thorough knowledge of search engine ranking factors

  • Extremely detail-oriented

  • Strong analytical mindset and skills, excellent problem-solving skills

  • Familiar with industry-standard SEO software

  • Possess strong written, analytical and verbal skills

  • Avid reader of SEO/PPC blogs

  • Possess up-to-date knowledge and maintains current SEO/PPC practices

  • Proficiency with Analytics packages and Google Search Console

  • High level of initiative and work well in a team environment

  • Solid understanding of split testing and other methods of optimizing CTR, CPA, and ROAS

  • Top notch reporting & Excel skills: Supermetrics for Google Sheets, Google Data Studio.

  • Handles stressful situations and deadline pressures well

  • Plans and carries out responsibilities with minimal direction
