Job Summary
  • Responsible for achieving the sales targets and collection by developing and implementing the sales plans
  • Develop and implement a growth strategy in coordination with the management focused on financial gains and customer satisfaction
  • Responsible for expansion of companys customer base and ensure its strong presence.
  • Responsible for conducting market survey, monitor competition and Analyzing trends to set future sales goals.
  • Act as a people manager, responsible for recruit, build, and train the new sales reps also motivating and advising them to improve their performance.
  • Work with the local team in regional capacity.
  • Act as a customer manager, responsible for engaging the customers and handling complaints.
  • Determine ways to streamline and improve the sales process.
  • Responsible for sales collection and accounts of customers
  • Act as a business manager, by developing a business plan that covers acquisition of customers, sales, revenue and expense controls.
  • Promoting organization product by designing and running the marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinating with the admin team with regard to orders and dispatch of Product.
  • Preparing monthly sales reports
