Job Summary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media,
    mail campaigning.
  • Set up meetings/ appointments with potential clients and listen to their requirements and pain
    areas.
  • Create frequent sales review reports/plans with numbers around BANT qualified leads
    generated through various channels.
  • Populate the sales funnel and share the reporting daily.
  • Ensure the availability of clients for sales and demonstrations for second level calls with the
    seniors.
  • Do the regular follow-ups with the clients.
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.

Skills Required:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive/lead gen executive.
  • Able to work with target-based assignments.
  • Must have US sales experience.
  • Proficiency in English
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software is must.
  • Thorough understanding of various sales tools, email campaigns, CRM updating on a
    daily basis
  • Fast learner and passion for sales
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
  • A graduate from a reputed university.
