Job Summary
We're seeking a digital marketing manager to lead and execute integrated campaigns across all digital channels. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies: Align with overall business goals to create winning online marketing campaigns across SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and other relevant channels.
- Social media management: Craft and implement a social media strategy that builds brand awareness, fosters engagement, and drives targeted traffic.
- Data analysis and optimization: Measure campaign performance through key metrics (ROI, KPIs), identify trends, and optimize spend and user experience for continuous improvement.
- Content and user experience (UX) champion: Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling landing pages and optimize user journeys across all digital touchpoints.
- Innovation and experimentation: Stay ahead of the curve by exploring emerging technologies and proposing their strategic adoption. Design and execute A/B tests to refine campaigns and maximize effectiveness.
- Technical proficiency: Utilize industry-standard website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and ad serving platforms to manage and optimize campaigns.
- Leadership and collaboration: Provide expertise and guidance to the marketing team. Work effectively with other departments like programmers and vendors to ensure seamless campaign execution.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong track record of success.
- Demonstrated expertise in leading and managing SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and marketing database platforms.
- Creativity and a knack for crafting engaging digital campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels for maximum conversion rates.
- Solid understanding of website analytics tools and ad serving platforms.
- A data-driven approach with strong analytical skills.
- Passion for staying current with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
- Knowledge of tools like Semrush, Ahref and other Automation tools.
