JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies: Align with overall business goals to create winning online marketing campaigns across SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and other relevant channels.
  • Social media management: Craft and implement a social media strategy that builds brand awareness, fosters engagement, and drives targeted traffic.
  • Data analysis and optimization: Measure campaign performance through key metrics (ROI, KPIs), identify trends, and optimize spend and user experience for continuous improvement.
  • Content and user experience (UX) champion: Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling landing pages and optimize user journeys across all digital touchpoints.
  • Innovation and experimentation: Stay ahead of the curve by exploring emerging technologies and proposing their strategic adoption. Design and execute A/B tests to refine campaigns and maximize effectiveness.
  • Technical proficiency: Utilize industry-standard website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and ad serving platforms to manage and optimize campaigns.
  • Leadership and collaboration: Provide expertise and guidance to the marketing team. Work effectively with other departments like programmers and vendors to ensure seamless campaign execution.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong track record of success.
  • Demonstrated expertise in leading and managing SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and marketing database platforms.
  • Creativity and a knack for crafting engaging digital campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels for maximum conversion rates.
  • Solid understanding of website analytics tools and ad serving platforms.
  • A data-driven approach with strong analytical skills.
  • Passion for staying current with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
  • Knowledge of tools like Semrush, Ahref and other Automation tools.
