Job Summary Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and maintain complex JavaScript applications and systems.
Lead and mentor a team of developers in the design, development, and deployment of projects.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using best practices and standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, assess feasibility, and determine technical solutions.
Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the JavaScript development ecosystem.
Implement best practices for security, scalability, and performance optimization.
Develop and maintain documentation and training materials for developers, end-users, and stakeholders.

Requirements:

Strong experience in JavaScript development with hands-on expertise in multiple JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, Vue.js, Next.js, Node.js, Nest.js etc.
Proven experience leading and managing a team of developers.
Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools.
Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into understandable language for stakeholders.
Proven track record of delivering high-quality software on time and on-budget.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
