Roles and Responsibilities - Work closely with the Business Unit to identify requirements and create a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions. Work with multiple technical teams to derive technical solutions. Support strategic and business planning within the department by interpreting, evaluating, and interrelating research data and developing integrated business analyses and projections for incorporation into strategic decision-making. Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reviews, and analyze current processes using operational metrics and reports. Provide assistance and support to Business Development. Project management skills which includes: Collecting, understanding, and transmitting the business requirements for the project, and translating these into functional specifications. Breaking down the tasks for developers, daily task management, defining milestones, streamlining the project execution As a Business Development Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and expanding our business through strategic partnerships and new client acquisition. You will identify opportunities, build relationships with clients. Responsible for documenting client s requirements Requirements Bachelor's degree in any engineering discipline / MBA pass out (Batch - 2021/2022). 1+ years of experience as a Business Analyst. Good communication skills, team spirit, enthusiasm, ability to exceed expectations, and proactive contribution to the team/company will be expected of candidates. Critical thinking and problem-solving proficiency. Strong Analytical skills with a solution-orientated approach for any problems faced. People Management Skills. Degree in Mechanical / Civil will be preferred but it s not a mandatory requirement, candidate from other discipline can also apply.
