Qualification and Experience
Engineering Graduate / MBA from reputed institute with 10 / 15 years of experience in Construction Equipment Industry, out of which 5 to 8 to years must be at GM / VP / President level in a professional organisation of repute.

Requisite
Familiarity with diverse business functions such as Marketing, PR, Finance etc.
In-depth knowledge of corporate governance and general management best practices.

Responsibilities
Promote Vision & Mission of the organisation and shareholders.
Interface between Board and Employees.
Oversee complete operation and business activities to ensure the desired result, in line with the overall strategy.
Develop high quality business strategies and plans to achieve short term and long term objectives.
Review financial and non-financial reports to device solutions or improvements.
Enforce adherence to legal guidelines and in-house policies to maintain the company s legality and business ethics.
