We are looking for a Sales Executive for Capital Equipment who manages the full sales cycle for high - value machinery (like industrial , pharma process & packaging equipment ) from lead generation to closure , requiring strong technical knowledge (Engineering background often preferred) , B2B skills , client relationship building , market analysis , and frequent travel to meet targets , focusing on value based solutions for industrial / corporate client .
Key Responsibilities :
- Sales Strategy & Execution : Generate leads , prospect new clients (consultants , EPCs , corporates ) , manage inquiries , conduct product demos / presentations , prepare proposals , negotiate , and close deals.
- Technical Expertise : Understand complex equipment (Eg : Process , Packaging equipment ) , explain benefits and tailor solutions to customer needs
- Client & Relationship Management : Build strong bonds with key accounts , understand industry trends (Pharma , F&B) , and provide after sales - support
- Market & Reporting : Support marketing , participate in trade shows , analyze competition , and provide sales forecasts
- Operations : Manage sales pipeline , use CRM , travel extensively , and coordinate with internal teams (service , project management)
Desired Profile :
- Education : Bachelor's or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical)
- Experience : 2-3 years in B2B technical/industrial /capital equipment sales
- Skills : Analytical , Negotiation , Presentation , Communication , Capital Equipment / Sales process equipment/Packaging
- Attributes : Proactive , Relationship focused , Travel Ready

Salary Offered : As per industry norms
Job Location : Mumbai (Goegaon)
Working Days/Timings : Monday - Saturday . 10am - 6.30pm
