Dispatch Head Job in Sirats Transport

We are an asset-based transportation company that services Canada and USA using 53" feet dry vans. We are looking for individuals that would like to join a fast-paced, professional, growing environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

Manage all incoming calls and resolve any customer escalations

Track and trace

Data entry

Perform data entry for importing and exporting documentation

Liaise with various departments, internally and externally

Collaborate with the various customers and drivers to solve any logistical problem

Qualifications

Must be fluent in English (spoken/written)

Must possess basic computer skills (Outlook, dispatch software, excel, Adobe PDF)

Relevant experience in the transportation industry if preferred.

Great communications skills

Multi-Task is a MUST in our work environment.

Must be a great team player and help other colleagues to achieve company goals.

Job description:

Full time, Monday to Friday from 10pm to 6pm
