Job Description: Quantity Survey, BOQ and Tender Preparation, Rate Analysis, Cost Control, Cost Monitoring, Bill Checking and Reconciliation for Civil and Structural and MEP works. Work Experience:10 to 15 YearsLocation:Gurgaon Job Role: Preparation of Cost Report for the project. Preparation of MIS Report for the project. Re-measurement of the quantity from drawings as per Indian Standard Codes. Preparation of Bill of Quantityestimates. Tender Negotiation with rendererspreparation of comparative statement for tendering. Certification of Material reconciliation statement of major building material used at project. Identification extra items/ variation beyond the tender and certification of rate analysis for the same items submitted by the contractors. Maintaining important documents, records and drawings in a organized and accurate manner. Quantity Survey, BOQ and Tender Preparation, Rate Analysis, Cost Control, Cost Monitoring, Bill Checking and Reconciliation for Civil and Structural and MEP works. Qualifications:B. Tech/ B. E. / Diploma in Civil Engg / Mech Engg/ Elect Engg.
