Role: MIS Analyst / Sr Analyst

Years of Experience - 3+

Work Location - Gurgaon

The MIS Analyst will be responsible for conducting financial data analysis and reporting for presenting the insights to the management.

• Track variances from budget and prepare quarterly forecast
• Measure department wise margins and cost

• Prepare MIS reports in excel and PPT
• Assist in various financial report preparation during due diligences and board reporting
• Work as a team player

Requirements

• 3+ years of work experience in MIS
• Expert level skills on Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Publisher, SharePoint & Access
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to quickly establish a rapport with colleagues and teams
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Project management and tracking capabilities and ability to prioritize work to meet strict deadlines
• Understanding of outsourcing industry and SaaS industry metrics is an added benefit
• Knowledge of VBA would be an advantage
