Job Role: Assistant Manager / Manager / Senior Manager - Partner Success

On a daily basis:

  • Develop and implement Partner-specific business plans (Training, Delivery Capabilities, Pipeline) that align with SirionLabs's regional and/or vertical strategy.
  • Effectively manage and enable our Partners to execute Sirion product implementations through delivery assurance -for enterprise customers across industries globally and increase value proposition to customers.
  • Be the subject matter expert for Partners during entire pre-sales cycle.
  • Develop and manage Executive level relationships with Implementation Partners to accelerate their ability to position, sell, and solution the SirionLabs platform.
  • Take ownership and accountability of requirements, design, functional & technical configuration, quality assurance, deployment activities, planning, milestones, and financials.
  • Educate SirionLabs Partners on delivery methodology to drive alignment between Partner scoping/staffing and SirionLabs Expert Services.
  • Incorporate SirionLabs and Customer feedback into a Partner scorecard that will be used to drive continuous improvement.
  • Serve as a liaison between the Partner and various internal SirionLabs Teams (Professional Services, Alliances, Marketing, Sales, Product & Technology, Finance).
  • Work with Partner practice leads and Alliance Managers to create a business plan around pipeline and resource capacity.
  • Drive regular communication (weekly, biweekly, quarterly, yearly) with Partners to address pipeline, active engagement, and practice action items.
  • Align Regional Partner enablement strategy with regional sales and services strategy.
  • Periodically review the Partner ecosystem and rationalize as necessary.
  • Align with specific power app strategies and drive Partner enablement in conjunction with Sales, Services & Alliances.

Our ideal candidate:

  • Have Solution Consulting/Professional Services experience in the Sourcing, Contract Management, Expense Management, or Business Spend Management Space.
  • Have Solution Consulting/Professional Services experience working for a Software as a Services (SaaS) Organization.
  • Love to work in a fast-paced, complex, collaborative, and team-oriented environment.
  • Work effectively under pressure and have the ability to prioritize-reprioritize high volume of work as needed.
  • Have adequate knowledge of ERP, CRM or other P2P solutions.
  • Have adequate Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.
  • Have a BE / B. Tech / BSc degree in any stream.
  • Have an MBA degree (preferred, but not required).
