Job Summary

Technical writing experience of 2 to 6 years in documenting software products (preferably enterprise and/or SAAS products)
Experience in working with extremely complex software solutions/products
Significant experience documenting end user documents like User Manuals, Release Notes, Installation Guides, Integration Documents, System Administrator Guides, and Functional Description
Hands on experience in API documentation
Familiarity with creating videos and product demos
Strong hands on experience with one or more authoring tools, for example, MS-Office, Adobe RoboHelp, Snagit, Adobe Captivate, and MadCap Flare Remove Snagit from here.
Thorough understanding of technical writing standards, style guides, processes, and their use
Experience with DITA based professional technical writing tools and standard graphics tools, such as Snagit
Basic familiarity with DDLC and Agile method of product development
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, command over English language
Must have personal traits:
A team player who is self-driven, possess sense of ownership and has strong bias for action
Organized and extraordinary attention to detail
Primary focus on learning and growth above and beyond anything else
