SirionLabs is currently seeking an Associate Director - Global Partner & Alliances Operations to join our Alliances team. This position reports directly to the Senior Vice President Global Alliances.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with senior leadership team in defining the partner strategy and own the execution
  • Responsible for overall partner governance tracking key objectives and milestones
  • Responsible for the implementation and improvement of all operational and technical capabilities end-to-end along the partner lifecycle (strategy, recruit and activate, engage and co-sell, deploy and consume, reward)
  • Responsible for Partner contracting and getting the required documentation around NDAs and contractual obligations in place
  • Responsible for Partner onboarding and later Delivery including onboarding on the platform and tracking key deliverables
  • Manage the partner sourced leads and opportunities and track them to closure.
  • Manage commercials, P&L with partners.
  • Oversee Partner training and certifications
  • Measure partner efficacy and review with senior leadership key KPIs, SLAs, metrics
  • Establish a risk mitigation and conflict resolution system
  • Conduct Quarterly business review with senior leadership
  • Collaborate with various functions such as Sales, Pre-Sales, Engineering, Product, etc. to gather necessary inputs for the partner strategy and to create a seamless partner enablement and delivery experience

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, and/or technology consulting services
  • Prior experience in partnerships, alliances, and channel strategies preferred
  • Ability to drive changing business priorities across geographies
  • Excellent MS office skills - Excel, PPT, Word
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills
  • Result oriented
  • Ability to develop strong relationships
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate efficiently across functions
  • Ability to work in a multicultural, multi geography environment
  • MBA or equivalent from premium institute preferred
