The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and creating new business opportunities for the Design Build & Interior design firm. This role involves market research, strategic planning, and relationship building to drive growth and revenue. The individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams and top management & other stake holders to achieve organizational objectives.

Brief Deliverables :

Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities,market trends, and competitor activities.
Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives.
Identify new business areas and partnerships to expand the firm's portfolio.
Pitch business internationally and establish necessary networks.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, investors, and stakeholders.
Identify and attend appropriate industry events, conferences, and networking functions to establish and foster relationships.
Prepare and present proposals, business plans, and presentations to potential clients and partners.
Drive revenue growth by identifying new sales opportunities and managing the sales process.
Prepare regular reports on business development activities, pipeline status, and key performance.
