Digital Engagement Associate Job in Sistema

You ll be in charge of: Co-designing with our marketing team, the monthly social media content (copy & captions) based on the digital marketing strategy. Coordinating with creative teams for producing graphic, video and interactive media elements. Modifying social media post into different languages to enhance their outreach. Assisting in translating and subtitling content when needed. Scheduling and posting the monthly social media content to maximize visibility on our India platforms, which includes LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. Collaborating with marketing and communication teams to create both organic and paid social media content. Actively engaging with diverse audiences, including farmers, institutions, followers, and team members, to foster community engagement in digital channels specifically tailored for India. Addressing queries and managing leads obtained from all platforms. Assisting in analyzing monthly social media KPIs for market intelligence and leveraging the insights gained from the report to adapt future campaigns. Ensuring the effective management and timely updating of content on platforms for Sistema.bio India, which includes Mailchimp, Sistema.bio Library, Adobe Suite, and Canva. More about YOU: Education: Postgraduate/ Graduate in Marketing, Digital Marketing, and/ or Communications 2+years of experience as Digital Marketing Associate/ Social Media Marketing. Key Experiences & Skills: You have excellent written and oral communication in English You have 2+ years of work experience in digital advertising and/or community managing You have experience in paid social campaigns in Fb, LinkedIn and Google Ads. You have a sharp sense of what makes a story shareable and you have brilliant storytelling skills. You are deeply analytical and use data/consumer insights to drive decision-making. You are a digital native who loves to be on top of digital trends and have a natural talent to find out about how digital platforms work Nice to have: Basic knowledge in Video edition. Basic knowledge of Graphic design Adobe Suite software (Canvas, Photoshop and illustrator).
