Job Title: Leadership Development Manager

Reports to: Director Learning and Development

General Scope of post: The Leadership Development Manager is responsible for designing, delivering and evaluating management and leadership development initiatives and programs that build confidence and capability in our leadership and management population across all Sites

Number of Direct Report: No direct report

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and support the Sitels leadership development, coaching, and mentoring programs and facilitate in-person and virtual leadership programs. This includes collaborating with teams across sites to develop training plans and timelines, identify training participants and stakeholders, plan, implement, evaluate, and revise trainings.
  • Assess leadership development needs and improve content and processes to ensure programs remain relevant and impactful.
  • Lead the process of ensuring ongoing uptake and transfer of leadership and management skills and best practices to the job.
  • Expand Sitels current efforts to develop and support a mentoring program for leadership and management skills, including training in mentoring.
  • Manage all design and operational aspects of leaderships programs, including planning, forecasting and tracking for multiple curriculums, communication, coaching, residential sessions, and vendor management.
  • Develop and manage surveys and other tools and processes to assess ongoing needs for leadership development.
  • Maintain, track, and report program metrics.
  • Manage internal and external senior stakeholders, including relationship building and communication.
  • Collaborate across teams and levels with leaders, stakeholders, internal clients, and colleagues to execute programs.
  • Support the design and delivery of the entire suite of leadership offerings and ensure the services offered meet real needs and adhere to the highest standards of quality, as needed.
  • Required Skills and Experience

  • 5 - 8 years of experience planning, implementing, and evaluating training programs for leadership and management development.
  • 5 - 8 years of experience designing, developing, and editing professional-level training materials for adults, preferably in resource-poor settings.
  • Experience delivering training to a range of audiences (lower and higher-level professionals, training of trainers, etc.).
  • Demonstrated understanding of adult learning theory, interactive skill building, and appropriate participatory methodologies for culturally diverse communities and a variety of literacy levels.
  • Demonstrated possession of excellent interpersonal and organizational skills; written and oral communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability managing complexity and prioritizing multiple tasks.
  • Ability to work productively in highly collaborative settings while also able to function independently.
  • Demonstrated ability to interact professionally with culturally diverse staff, clients, and consultants.
  • Bachelors degree in any disciple is welcomed
