Programmer Analyst Job in Sitel Group
Roles and Responsibilities
Knowledge of web application development utilizing ASP.Net, JavaScript, Ajax, HTML, jQuery, CSS, C#, SQL, etc.
Design and develop complex systems with a high level of reliability and execution speed.
Database development using Microsoft SQL Server and/or MySQL including table schemas, stored procedures, triggers, database jobs, etc.
Gather user/client requirements and document business and technical implementation plans
Assure quality and integrity of final production implementation compliance with committed function, dates, data integrity, and performance
Production support and incident management, including issue tracking, incident resolution and documentation.
Perform testing by executing test cases and/or test scripts, capture test results and log test issues/defects in defect management tools such as Bugzilla (or similar tool).
Work with business analysts and other Developers to implement changes.
Skills:
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Technical skills required to understand software applications and supported business functions.
Programming knowledge of object oriented and web technologies.
Writing database SQL scripts and/or PL/SQL stored procedures.
Good communication skills needed to interact with business users and technical development team. Ability to work closely with developers and enable them to produce the best application possible.
Knowledge of both manual and automated testing of complex web applications. Understanding of Unit, Functional, System, Performance, Technical and Operational testing and the tools utilized.
Knowledge of production support and maintenance of software applications.
Additional Information :-
Ability to perform programming, debugging, data analysis, system analysis, and quality assurance preferred
Good understanding of the entire software development life cycle.
Good communication Skills
Shift timings 4pm 1am (Monday to Friday)
