HIRING FOR TECHNICAL/ CUSTOMER SERVICE (VOICE PROCESS)

Eligibility Criteria:
GoodCommunication Skills required
Education qualification: Min HSC passed Any graduate fresher and Under graduate with Good Communication skills required.
Experience HSC + 6 months experience,Graduate Fresher
Should have basic technical knowledge

Shift Timings Between8am To 10pmshift Any 9 hrs

6 days of working with any 1 day off
Should have basic knowledge of trouble shooting
Salary 14k in hand

Candidates should have Broadband connection and Windows 10 system

Note: Any candidate applying for this position would work from home during the Lockdown period but after the lockdown period need to be okay to resume work from office.

Technical Support:/ Customer Service

Responsible for providing telephone/email/chat and remote diagnostic technical support related to installation, configuration, customization of applications
Diagnosis & resolving of the hardware problems and troubleshooting with laptops and desktops
