Qa Engineer Job in Siya Infotech Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

We are looking for a QA Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for finding and reporting bugs and glitches.

In this role, you should have a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills. If you are also competent in executing test cases and are passionate about quality, we d like to meet you.

Responsibilities:

• Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
• Record defects and bugs.
• Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs
• Create and manage system performance and integration test cases
• Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
• Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs
• Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system requirements
• Work on Release Notes for In-house Releases.
• Investigate the causes of non-conforming software and train users to implement solutions
• Work within cross-functional QA efforts across multiple projects ensuring accurate, on-time delivery of required functionality with production-ready quality.
• Provide direct support to end users, via email, by phone and Skype.
• Resolve issues directly or by escalation to development staff. At all times remain the owner of the customer technical issues, seeking to resolve these to the satisfaction of the customer.
• Follow up and if necessary escalate all outstanding issues and/or requests
• Write technical documents to provide information for end users.
• Responsible for all support activities including ticket management, change management, and monitoring.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience in software development company as QA
• Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
• Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting
