Job description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Represent as organization MR and take the lead in the implementation & improvement of Quality Management System (QMS) & Information Security Management System (ISMS) across different sites and functions.
• Lead and perform internal audits and conduct management meetings.
• Creating & updating QMS & ISMS standards based on various audits findings and standard evolution of customer-specific requirements.
• Have great enthusiasm for education & adherence to the requirements of the standard across sites.
• Continuously review standards to bring in updating of best practices.
• Have good experience and exposure in QMS, ISMS, PCI DSS, SOX, HIPAA, and GDPR standards.
• Thorough knowledge & experience in the implementation of ISO 9001.
• Lead system audits at vendors and suppliers.
• Lead QMS activity of the organization.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Conduct awareness & training sessions.
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in QMS implementation.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Coordinate across sites to collect MIS & performance data.
