Primary duties and accountabilities:

The System Project Lead (SysPL) acts as technical counterpart to the Overall Project Manager (PJM) and is responsible for making sure the technical team understands and fulfills the customer s electric power steering (EPS) requirements on time.

Responsible for evaluating customer specifications across Software, Hardware and System, Functional Safety and Security engineering and consult the experts from the respective domains.

Consulting of OEM on technical discussions within project scope

Potential support as first level trouble shooting and coaching OEM on EPS architecture

Establish, cultivate and maintain a positive customer relationship as technical first point of contact and engineering lead for customer project(s).

Ensure system development, validation, and delivery according to guidelines and processes (e.g. ISO26262, ASPICE, IATF 16949).
