Roles and Responsibilities

• Providing architectural guidance and oversight the deployment of Vormetric database encryption infrastructure and key management.
• Leading the team of solution specialists for successful implementation & maintenance of Vormetric solutions.
• Assisting the implementation partners in installation, integration & testing of Vormetric solution.
• To act as a subject matter expert for Vormetric database encryption.
• Coordinate with the delivery team to onboard databases.
• Contribute to the development of best practices for Vormetric encryption.
• Develop & maintain documentation, including design diagrams, operating procedures, standard configurations, problem root cause analysis, reports, and inventories.
• Responsible for developing and maintaining enterprise-wide encryption monitoring mechanisms.
• Testing & validating product patches & upgrades for vormetric in the production & test environment.
• Perform root cause analysis to guide through the problem and incident management process.
• Understand the effects of Network Security practices and implementations on application, server infrastructure, user experience and total cost of ownership.

Qualifications

B.E/ B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Systems or Equivalent

Skills and Knowledge

• 6 to 8 Years of experience with data security products in the areas of database encryption & key management.
• Hands on experience in Vormetric Transparent Encryption and/or HPE Voltage Secure Data / IBM Guardiam encryption.
• Expertise in developing, implementing, testing, and configuring Vormetric database encryption and tokenization technology solutions
• Experience designing database encryption and/or tokenization solution architectures
• Experience implementing database encryption and/or tokenization solutions in enterprise environments
• Experience in developing the governance aspects of a database encryption program such as policies and procedures, roles and responsibilities, SLA designing, etc.
• Experience assessing network and application architecture to determine optimal point of integration with encryption solution
• Well-rounded understanding of the information security domains and their inter-relations (network security, application security, incident response, etc.)
• Good understanding of various cryptographic methods and their usage
• Experience with various operating systems such as Windows Server, Unix, and Linux
• Experience with database technologies such as Oracle and Microsoft SQL
• Scripting experience with Python preferred
• Operational Architecture knowledge of Qualys, McAfee ePO, FireEye & SCCM, ServiceNow.
• Ability to work with confidential information and protect the Network Security design and architecture.
• Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills
• Experience in dealing with customers in multiple geographical locations
• Ability to effectively interact with top & middle management.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders to enable progress

Working hours

• Should be able to work in 24 * 5 rotational shift timing
