Roles and Responsibilities

• 4+ years of experience in DQA role
• Experience in handling end to end project support as Quality Assurance (DQA)
• Experience in implementation of CMMI level-3 and above / ISO 9001:20015 QMS.
• Good understanding on CMMI process
• Experience in Quality audit-process
• Auditing skills-implementation of corrective/ preventive actions.
• Metrics compilation/management and analysis
• Experienced in ITSM/ITIL processes
• Good knowledge on Project Management
• Good understanding on RCA techniques
• Strong knowledge and understanding of business needs with the ability to establish/maintain high level of customer trust and confidence
• Interpersonal and Intrapersonal communication skills (Should Interact with all levels in the Organization)
• Must have good Presentation skills
• Good attitude
• Team Player
