Roles and Responsibilities

Excellent understanding of Office 365 DLP & McAfee DLP.

Good understanding and working knowledge on Windows Server & Exchange.

Good understanding on Office365 Data Governance.

Familiar with the DLP Policy testing and fine tuning process.

Work with incident response teams to identify and enhance data loss system in response to incidents

Proactively assess DLP safeguards across the DLP suite to identify potential risks

Understand, interpret and respond to issues related to DLP activity including integrating with alerting systems, adjusting policies to support customer DLP requirements, support the Client s requirements.

Co-ordinate with other organizations, both internal and Vendor support; must be able to assist with advanced issue resolution across the enterprise.

Identifying new potential risks to Data security to derive improvement for DLP process.

• Provide Level 1 and/or 2 support in incident and problem resolution
• Identify and work with appropriate teams, proactively, to resolve all technology issues with applications (infrastructure, performance, code etc.)
• Document technical requirements where required
• Contribute to Problem Management & Root cause analysis
• Monitor DLP platform s health and integrity and react to technical issues and proactively take steps to avoid issues
