Roles & Responsibilities:

To plan and Implement strategy to achieve budget business numbers & profitability.

Managing Partnership, Brick & Motor & Direct business model.

To ensure Dealer/Broker is on boarded as per budget

To drive profitability by ensuring healthy portfolio and achieve target IRR

To ensure cost management & reduction

To ensure efficient execution of Product specific initiatives to grow market share/ brand visibility.

To maintain relationship with Major Dealer s Principles/ GM Sales and internal cross functional team

to help smooth business operations.

To develop & guide team to increase retention percentage of existing ETR & GTR customers

To prepare and ensure execution of competition strategy.

To create regional/state level Manpower resource plan to ensure optimum utilization of resource

To train & develop manpower with current & future skill set.

To develop a rigorous review mechanism with direct & indirect team to encourage bottom up communication & gather market intelligence.
Experience Required :

7 to 12 Years
