Technical Project Manager Job in Skizzle Technolabs India Pvt. Ltd.

We are looking for a Project Manager based out in India. Kindly find the below job description for requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead and conduct project activities based on Agile (Scrum) methodology
• End to end project management including breaking down activities (work break down structure), on time delivery, quality, effort estimation, scheduling, cost, budget, risk & issue management.
• Coordinate, drive and get buy-in on requirements, technical designs and other project deliverables from multiple levels, divisions, and functions of the organization.
• Status reporting about the project tasks and deliveries to senior management of the company along with timely alerting them about various risks involved in project.
• Resolve technical challenges, undertake code reviews, create scalable architecture and implement best practices for coding
• Manage a team of 20 or more developers
• Tracking and monitoring of various project tasks to ensure timely deliveries along with high quality of deliverables.
• Responsible for Project Planning, Tracking, and Control, Release, etc
• Effectively manage dependencies, assumptions, and project constraints
• Documenting change requests and release logs

Requirements:

• Must have good hands-on knowledge as a full Stack Developer.
• Backend either Python-Django or Nodejs and Frontend Angular or React in the initial part of the career and grown up to the Project Lead / Manager level as a role progression.
• Significant experience leveraging Agile methods like Scrum, Kanban.
• Should have done two implementations at least (full cycle) of agile project management.
• Excellent technical management skill and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Project Management Experience Techno functional and/or Scrum Master role
• Expertise in project management tool JIRA.
• Knowledge of CI/CD, cloud deployments is preferred

Experience & Qualifications:

• Education: B.Tech/M.Tech/BE or any other post-graduation
• Experience: 8-17 Years
