Job Summary

POSTED ON: September 25th, 2016 Skyking Courier Service(Skyking) is looking for savvy and experienced Customer Service Representative who will be the face of the organization and will represent it in-front of its customers

Key Responsibilities Responding to Customer Complaints over the phone, email and an internal chat system

Co-coordinating with other Customer Service Representatives within Skyking and providing effective resolutions to Customer's queries

Managing Billing and Delivery Reports of Key Customer Accounts

Assisting the sales team in their day-to-day operations

Responding to pick-up/special delivery requests

Managing Skyking's overall Social Media Portfolio in Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter

Requirments 2 years progressive Customer Service or Direct Marketing Experience

Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills

Excellent written and oral communication skills, judgment and decision making skills, ability to work under continual deadline pressure and ability to understand and coach/teach others, show high level of ethics and team work

Basic computer operating skills

Basic knowledge and operating skills in MS Office

Basic knowledge of key social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn

Experience in managing Social Media Portfolio in their past job is a plus
