Avionics Hardware Design Engineer Job in Skyroot Aerospace

Responsibilities :
Design, development and testing of avionics hardware used in the launch vehicle under design.
Hardware schematic design, component selection, prototype board bring-up and debugging, issue tracking and functional verification.
Ensure hardware qualification for the launch vehicle environmental specifications.
Interact with vendors for procurement and development activities.
Work closely with firmware/software development engineers.

Skills/Requirements :
Professional experience with designing FPGA/SoC based digital, mixed signal boards.
Excellent Proficiency with schematic capture and PCB design tools.
Experience in designing sub-sections of boards like power supply, isolation, protection circuits, ADC/DAC etc.
Good knowledge of electronic components variants available in the market.
Good knowledge of aerospace grade PCB signal integrity, layout, grounding and isolation guidelines.
Ability to work in a fast paced, autonomously driven, and demanding start-up atmosphere.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Bachelors or Masters in Electrical/Electronics engineering with minimum 3 years of relevant work experience and a maximum of 10 years experience.
