Project Manager Job in Slidesigma India

Slidesigma is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage a team of up to 15 designers and developers and to handle the execution of multiple client projects. As a Project Manager, you will be working with our internal teams and assist them in the execution of tasks in a timely and cost-efficient manner.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress
• Manage changes to project scope and schedules as needed
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and reporting techniques
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Delegate project tasks based on staff members individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels
• Track project performance and analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
• Use and continually develop leadership skills

Requirements

• 6+ years of verifiable working experience in project management, preferable in the digital services field
• Excellent client-facing and internal leadership and communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
