Job Summary
Experience in MMIC, RFIC and RF Module design. 5-8 years or more experience in RF and Microwave.Must have in depth knowledge of WLAN, Wimax, and Cellular standards. Should be well acquainted with processes like GaAs, SiGe, CMOS, InGaP/GaAs. Should have worked with devices like pHEMT, HBT, MESFET. Experience in designing on software s like Agilent ADS, Genesys- Eagleware, Microwave office.
Qualifications:M.Tech. or BE/B.Tech. in Electronics and Telecommunication.
