Job Summary
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, English, or a related field.
- 2 to 7 years of Technical Writing experience.
- Experience working with professional publications software such as Confluence, MadCap Flare, Oxygen, SnagIT, MS Suite of applications, and so on.
- Experience in installing and configuring software products as part of the documentation process.
- Familiarity with the Microsoft Manual of Style for Technical Publications or the Chicago Manual of Style.
- Ability to quickly grasp and document technical, abstract, or advanced concepts clearly to any audience level required by a product.
- Ability to cope with fast-paced and ever-changing environments.
- Ability to learn and document new technologies.
- Proven ability with English spelling, grammar, punctuation, syntax, and composition rules, and a clear business/technical writing style
