Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated project managerto join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, develop detailed plans, allocate resources, and manage risks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee projects through all phases of the project lifecycle, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, deliverables, and expectations.

• Develop comprehensive project scopes, plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with project goals.

• Allocate resources effectively and track progress against timelines and key milestones.

• Identify potential risks, issues, and dependencies, and proactively develop strategies to mitigate them.

• Communicate project status, updates, and risks to relevant parties, ensuring transparency and accountability.

• Ensure that all deliverables meet high-quality standards and exceed client expectations.

• Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.

• Proven experience managing projects, ideally in a technology-driven environment.

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining focus on key priorities.

• Proficient in using project management tools and software (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project).

• Ability to foster collaboration and teamwork across project teams.

• PPM (Project Portfolio Management) or CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) certification is a plus.
