Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled .NET Core Full Stack Lead Developer with expertise in React or Angular (latest versions) to lead the development of scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in full-stack development, proven leadership experience, and a passion for driving software engineering best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end full-stack development using .NET Core for backend and React/Angular for frontend.
  • Architect, design, and implement secure, scalable, and performant applications.
  • Develop and maintain RESTful APIs with seamless frontend integration.
  • Work with microservices architecture, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) to enhance system scalability and performance.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and DevOps engineers for smooth project execution.
  • Conduct thorough code reviews, mentor team members, and enforce best coding practices.
  • Optimize existing applications for improved performance, security, and scalability.
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines to automate deployments and improve efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to improve development processes.

Required Skills & Expertise

  • Full-stack development with strong experience in .NET Core (C#) backend and React/Angular (latest version) frontend.
  • Expertise in building and managing RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and API gateways.
  • Proficient in frontend technologies like TypeScript, Redux/NgRx, component-based architecture, and responsive UI design.
  • Experience with databases such as MSSQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB, including query optimization and database design.
  • Working knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Familiar with security best practices including JWT, OAuth, API security, and encryption standards.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, Scrum, and Kanban.
  • Proficient with development tools like Git, JIRA, PowerShell, Git Bash.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Blazor or other modern UI frameworks.
  • Knowledge of advanced API architectures and GraphQL.
  • Exposure to Terraform or other Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
