About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced .NET Core Full Stack Manager to lead complex software development initiatives, particularly within the US & International Healthcare domain. This is a high-impact role that combines deep technical expertise, people leadership, and a focus on compliance, scalability, and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-stack development efforts ensuring secure, high-performance, and scalable applications.
- Oversee sprint planning and project execution for timely delivery.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture.
- Implement best practices for API security, data encryption, and healthcare compliance (HIPAA, HL7, FHIR, etc.).
- Design and develop cloud-native solutions using AWS, Azure, or equivalent platforms.
- Work closely with UI/UX designers, DevOps engineers, and QA teams.
- Leverage Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps tools to streamline development workflows.
Technical Skillset
- Frontend: Angular, ReactJS, TypeScript
- Backend: .NET Core, EF Core, Dapper, FluentValidation
- Microservices & APIs: Docker, RabbitMQ, API Management (APIM), DevOps integration
- Databases: MSSQL, PostgreSQL
- Tools: JIRA, Git Bash, PowerShell, Docker
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven experience managing and scaling full-stack development teams.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum environments.
- Knowledge of cloud-native architectures and DevOps best practices.
- Experience in healthcare technologies: EHR, EMR, HL7, FHIR, HIPAA.
