About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Leader to spearhead direct sales initiatives within the US healthcare and enterprise application markets. This strategic role demands a proactive professional who can independently drive business growth, build long-term client relationships, and consistently exceed revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive direct sales and acquire new clients in the US healthcare and enterprise domains.
  • Collaborate with VP Sales and Senior Directors to create and implement strategic sales plans.
  • Manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Utilize tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, and PPH for consistent lead generation.
  • Achieve annual revenue targets between $300K $800K USD.
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships, identifying up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Travel up to 30% annually to the USA or other business destinations.
  • Work onsite from the Mohali office to maintain close coordination with internal teams.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years of direct IT sales or consulting experience in software services.
  • Proven success in selling Fixed Cost and Time & Material (T&M) engagements.
  • In-depth knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and enterprise/B2B2C applications.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Must hold a valid US B1/B2 VISA.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in US healthcare and enterprise business sales.
  • Familiarity with modern tech stacks: .Net Core, React.js, Python, AI/ML.
  • Exposure to formal sales methodologies and consultative selling techniques.
