As a key member of the Services leadership team, the Delivery manager will work to encourage a customer-first culture in the Organization..

Responsibilities :

  • Evangelize SmarTek21 Delivery excellence to teams, strategic partners, customers, influencers and decision makers to facilitate building, managing, and providing a perspective on potential service offerings.
  • Ability to understand the overall business strategy and direction from the executive team and ensure services team is aligned to that vision
  • Drive the team to discover customer problems and create valuable, desirable, and pragmatic solutions with key outcomes and success metrics defined
  • Collaborate with customer engagement and services leadership team on strategy, partnering on key initiatives and driving cross-functional alignment and progress
  • Work with the team to define and prioritize a backlog that continuously delivers measurable value to clients and business
  • Deeply understand, analyse, synthesize, and record user needs into priorities, roadmap plans, and detailed specifications
  • Drive team success by facilitating activities, aligning team members on project outcomes, bringing clarity where there is ambiguity, and keeping everyone aligned throughout delivery
  • Identify critical assumptions, define scope for new projects, measure success metrics, and use data to take informed decisions
  • Understand the customer journey and incorporate industry standards and best practice into the service delivery
  • Influence and drive continuous improvement of delivery, solution development lifecycle process, practices & initiatives.

Desired Candidate profile :

  • 14+ years of software / IT engineering industry experience
  • 8+ years of experience managing delivery for service-based companies
  • Proven record of delivering enterprise services with a deep technical and business acumen
  • Demonstrated experience in building successful cross-functional partnerships and successfully navigating through complex stakeholder environments
  • A strong growth-mindset and a servant-leadership approach
  • A proven track record of hiring, mentoring, and leading high performing teams
  • Proven record of end-to-end ownership and attention to detail; able to run independently and bring clarity to ambiguous problems
  • Outstanding planning, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • A strong quantitative and qualitative appetite to a rigorous data driven decision-making
  • Great EQ and affinity for both team and customers' success
  • Drive requirement definition, customer experience design, service delivery roadmap and prioritization
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a bias towards experimentation and action
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
