Job Summary

Minimum Experience: 1 year or Above

We are looking for efficient technical support executives who would be responsible for testing the websites and themes of the online store builder on a regular basis, co-ordinate with the development team to fix the bugs, ensure the perfect functioning of the store builder and enhance user experience. Candidate will also be responsible to understand customer queries, take ownership of the customer issues and guide them with effective solutions.

Candidate needs to have excellent communication skills in English, Hindi and Gujarati. Candidates need to have problem-solving approach and critical thinking skills to identify the problems and resolve them. Experience in the same field is an added advantage.

Qualification: B.E. (IT, Computer Science or Electronics) / B.Tech.(IT, Computer Science or Electronics) / MCA / M.Tech.(IT, Computer Science or Electronics) / M.Sc.(IT) / BCA / B.Sc(IT) or other equivalent degree.
