Trainee Business Associate Job in Smartshift Logistics Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Ensuring process adherence.

• Monitoring key SLAs in operations.

• Handling escalations.

• LM Route planning for all the orders (might involve working late in the night).

• Suggesting improvements in processes

• Ensuring timely Hiring and managing driver-partners for transportation of goods

• Monitoring smooth Execution of Pickup and Last-Mile Deliveries with defined SLAs

• Ensuring smooth execution of Hub Operations

• Documentation management & Required system updations.

• Vendor management.

• Preparing and circulating relevant reports.

Skills Required:

• Local language proficiency with English & Hindi

• Operations experience working with an e-commerce, FMCG or logistics company.

• Strong excel/google sheets skills and in general, should be comfortable in working with computer applications.

• Self-motivated and highly dedicated.

• Good in communicating with internal and external stakeholders on all channels like phone call and email.
