JOB RESPONSIBILITY:

1. Run the factory on good Laval productivity and efficiency

2. Study of time losses and work on it

3. Production planning: Planning of man power and production lead time.

4. Follow up for monthly statement and to coordinate with planning and

purchase department for inventory control.

5. Insure timely dispatch as per monthly requirement.

6. Take prevented measures in order to archive the batch yield , minimize

losses

7. Monitored, discuss projects status, review during course of periodic

meeting

8. Regular communication with internal customer to meet production oriented

requirements

9. Morning Production meeting with the entire concern department.

(Production, Quality, Maintenance, Purchase, store and dispatch.) I daily

review daily SIOP, Many time I directly involve with customer to update

them about there production status. And working on Root Cause

Analysis.
